The **Salesforce Administrator** is ready to make an impact as we scale our Operations and Go-To-Market engines. The Salesforce Administrator will serve as a champion for process improvement and scalability by managing and administrating the various systems and tools aligned to the Operations and Sales organizations. They will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, training, maintenance, and improvement of our SFDC platform.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 40+ users
- Assist in training of users to grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
- Support internal stakeholders and end users by resolving SFDC issues, change requests, and other administrative needs
- User and license management and expertise (e.g., new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules)
- Providing first response to requests submitted by internal users across the company
- Assisting with creating new or updating Salesforce fields, validation rules, and flows
- Supporting Report and Dashboard structure, troubleshooting, and access
- Performing mass updates of records in Salesforce, including record creation
- Evaluating and maximizing automated and manual processes that affect record creation and data
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, data set analysis, and reports.
- Basic salesforce admin support task: user setup, data issues/fixes, report/dashboard, analysis/investigation, maintenance
- Conduct proactive platform maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations, the administrator will identify, develop, and deploy new business processes and analysis capabilities.
- Engage users and increase adoption of Salesforce and other sales tools with training when required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Salesforce Certified Admin
- 3 years’ experience with Salesforce as an Administrator, Reporting Analyst or Power User
- Advanced Experience with Sales Cloud and proficient with Flow, Validation Rules, and building reports and dashboards
- Self-starter, highly analytical with sound decision-making skills
- Strong belief in the value of customer service and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a startup-like environment that is fast-paced and nebulous; demonstrating tenacity and resiliency
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as contribute to cross-functional and global teams
- Expertise in Salesforce Admin: role/profile, fields, Page layout, validation, process builder, workflow rules, approval, reports/dashboards
