Overview As one of the worlds leading analytical instrumentation companies Bruker covers a broad spectrum of advanced solutions in all fields of research and development All our systems and instruments are designed to improve safety of products accelerate time-to-market and support industries in successfully enhancing quality of life Weve been driving innovation in analytical instrumentation for 60 years now Today worldwide more than 7 200 employees are working on this permanent challenge at over 70 locations on all continents Responsibilities Maintain and enhance expertise in Salesforce including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Field Service Service Max 360 customizations third-party software and emerging technologies Identify and analyze business requirements translating them into effective technical solutions Create testing and implementation plans for process changes Develop implement and maintain Salesforce customizations applications extensions and integrations to meet business needs Develop training documentation videos and user guides empowering the Global Service team leaders and cross-functional partners Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications as necessary Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and IT to drive Salesforce initiatives and projects Stay current with Salesforce releases features and best practices Provide technical support to Salesforce users and troubleshoot issues Develop and deliver training programs and materials for users at all levels Customize Salesforce to support business processes and workflows Configure user roles profiles permission sets sharing rules and security settings Develop custom fields objects page layouts record types and validations Import export and maintain clean and accurate data using data loader or other tools Perform data cleansing and deduplication activities Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes Design and implement automation processes using workflows Process Builder Flows and other automation tools Create and manage email templates approval processes and assignment rules Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and provide actionable insights Document processes procedures and system changes Qualifications Certified Salesforce Administrator with 3 years of experience Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce Field Service including creating customizations dashboards adding third-party applications and reporting Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with experience as a Salesforce implementation project lead being highly desirable Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements and translate them into technical business solutions Strong collaboration influence and consensus-building skills SAP experience is desirable Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer Administrator with relevant Salesforce certifications e g Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Salesforce Certified Administrator Strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration customization Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and integrations Experience with Salesforce tools such as Process Builder Flow Data Loader Workbench and Salesforce DX Experience with the development tools and Deployment tools such as VS Code changesets Git hub and COPADO Proficiency in data management and governance within Salesforce Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience
