Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our team. As a Personal Loan Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our personal loan portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, build relationships, and sell personal loan products to meet sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and proactively seek out potential customers who may require personal loans.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments of customers to determine their eligibility for personal loans.
- Present and explain the features, benefits, and terms of personal loan products to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement of loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our loan products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in personal loan sales or related financial services sales.
- Strong understanding of personal loan products, financial concepts, and lending criteria.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a banking or financial institution is an advantage.
