**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and assisting customers with their personal loan needs.
- Understand customer requirements and financial situations to recommend suitable loan products.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

**2. Loan Application Process**:

- Conduct credit checks and analyze credit reports to assess the applicant's creditworthiness.

**3. Compliance and Documentation**:

- Prepare and review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

**4. Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as loan officers and loan processors, to ensure seamless communication and efficient loan processing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide the best possible service and advice to customers.

**5. Sales and Targets**:

- Meet or exceed personal loan targets set by the organization.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote other banking products and services to customers.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of personal loans, lending processes, and credit evaluation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to personal lending.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and financial software.
