**Key Responsibilities**:

Hospital Operations Management**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all inpatient services, including ICUs, wards, and operating theatres.
- Ensure optimal utilization of the 100-bed capacity while maintaining high-quality patient care.
- Manage and implement hospital policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- **
Team Leadership and Coordination**
- Lead a team of over 150 healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to enhance team performance.
- Conduct regular staff training, performance evaluations, and capacity building.
- **
Patient Care Management**
- Oversee inpatient treatment protocols, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop individualised care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement measures to improve the patient experience.
- **
Resource Allocation and Budget Management**
- Manage hospital resources, including beds, medical equipment, and consumables.
- Develop and monitor budgets for inpatient operations, ensuring cost-effective utilization.
- Liaise with procurement to ensure timely availability of critical resources.
- **
Quality Assurance and Risk Management**
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve clinical outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, including patient safety concerns.
- **
Strategic Planning and Development**
- Participate in long-term planning for hospital services and infrastructure expansion.
- Analyse patient data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to enhance hospital reputation and patient trust.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Skills***:
- Master’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior hospital management roles.
- Proven track record in managing inpatient operations, including ICU and surgical units.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
- Proficiency in hospital management systems and data-driven decision-making.
**Preferred Experience***:
- Experience managing 100+ bed facilities with complex inpatient services.
- Expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments.
- Familiarity with emerging healthcare technologies and process improvements.
