Key Responsibilities Hospital Operations Support Manage daily administrative tasks for clinical and non-clinical departments ensuring continuous and smooth hospital operations Record Management Maintain and manage secure confidential patient and personnel records in strict compliance Staff Coordination Assist with scheduling managing attendance records coordinating internal meetings and distributing critical communications to hospital staff Supply Inventory Monitor and manage inventory of administrative and select clinical supplies coordinating orders and liaising with vendors to prevent shortages Front-Line Communication Handle professional communication across various channels also act as the initial point of contact for internal and external inquiries and directing them appropriately Policy Compliance Assist in the implementation and adherence of hospital administrative policies procedures and safety protocols Documentation Reporting Prepare regular administrative reports statistical data and presentation materials for department heads and management Facility Coordination Liaise with maintenance IT and housekeeping teams to ensure the hospital facilities and administrative areas are functional and presentable Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in hospital administration 2 years of proven administrative experience preferably within a hospital clinic or healthcare Solid understanding of healthcare administration and medical terminology is a strong asset Exceptional organizational time-management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment High proficiency in MS Office Outstanding written and verbal communication skills demonstrating professionalism and empathy Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and regulatory standards High School Diploma required a degree or certification in Healthcare Administration Office Management or a related field is highly preferred SALARY Best in industry Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
