Job Summary Experienced Nurse only The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care conducting assessments administering medications and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Key Responsibilities Patient Assessment Conduct thorough assessments of patients health status including physical exams and medical history reviews Care Planning Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences Medication Administration Administer medications and treatments as prescribed ensuring compliance with safety protocols Monitoring Monitor patients vital signs and overall condition recognizing any changes and responding appropriately Patient Education Educate patients and their families on health conditions treatment options and self-care strategies Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records documenting assessments interventions and outcomes Collaboration Work closely with physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Emergency Response Respond effectively to medical emergencies providing life-saving interventions as needed Advocacy Advocate for patients rights and well-being within the healthcare system Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Nursing BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing ADN from an accredited program Licensure Current RN license in the state of practice Experience Clinical experience preferred especially in a relevant specialty Skills Strong communication critical thinking and organizational skills ability to work effectively in a team Work Environment RNs can work in various settings including hospitals clinics nursing homes and community health organizations The role may involve shift work including nights weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move patients Standing or walking for extended periods Capacity to respond to patient needs quickly and effectively Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 16 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Education Diploma Preferred Experience Nursing 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Preferred License Certification Nursing License Preferred Work Location In person
