**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs or concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher management when required.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to enhance customer experience.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
