**JOB DETAILS**:
Incumbent should be willing to work both in stressed assets advisory and debt syndication/project advisory and also willing to handle the role independently.
Experience in stressed assets space i.e., Debt Restructuring, debt assignment, OTS funding and have in depth knowledge of various related RBI guidelines on Stressed Assets along with applicable regulations pertaining to SEBI and Companies Act. Have preferably worked in the debt side for 8-10 years.
Capability to independently build/develop financial models for clients.
Good Knowledge of various sectors particularly infrastructure sectors such as Power, Roads, Ports etc.
Capable of attending and making presentations in lenders/consortium meeting.**Job ID**:
