With our new corporate office in Noida Sector 62, we are expanding our operations to drive growth and innovation further. Vision for the Noida Corporate Office This office will house a growing team dedicated to driving operational excellence and business expansion. The team will include HR, Sales Coordinators, Export Sales, Government Sales, Digital Marketing, and more.

The goal is to build a high-performing team that delivers results exceeding expectations. Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the business head in managing day-to-day priorities — across business and select personal coordination. This is a trusted role involving a mix of calendar management, interdepartmental coordination, task follow-ups, document handling, and personal logistics.

The EA will play a critical role in ensuring smoother workflows, timely follow-through, and better decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Support & Coordination
- Manage the daily calendar, schedule meetings, block travel time, and optimize day-to-day planning
- Coordinate with team members to ensure follow-ups on all tasks and projects
- Track deliverables, maintain to-do lists, and assist with documentation, reports, and meeting notes
- Organize travel, accommodation, and itineraries for business purposes

2. Personal Task Support
- Handle select personal scheduling such as appointments, reminders, or errands
- Assist with personal travel bookings, courier handling, gift arrangements, etc., as needed -Provide general support in managing day-to-day activities to improve efficiency

3. Communication & Organization
- Maintain professional and timely communication on behalf of the business head
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters — both personal and business-related
- Ensure daily clarity on schedules, meetings, and priority items

Qualifications and Skills
- 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar coordination role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Calendar, and basic digital tools
- Positive attitude, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of ownership
