**Job Title**: Chat Support Executive

**Job Summary**: We are looking for experienced Chat Support Executives to join our team. The role involves providing exceptional support to customers through chat, ensuring their queries and concerns are resolved promptly and effectively. This is a 5-day working role with 2 rotational offs and requires night shift availability. Pick-up and drop services will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer queries and issues through chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards for chat support.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum educational qualification: HSC or Graduate.
- Proven experience in a chat support role.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
