**Job Title**: Chat Executive

**Working Days**: 5 days (Rotational Off)

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) qualification required.
- Graduates preferred.
- Fresh graduates can apply.

We are looking for experienced individuals with a background in chat support to join our team as Chat Executives. As a Chat Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat platforms, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers via chat to provide information, assistance, and support.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Utilize chat tools and resources effectively to provide accurate and timely responses.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to chat efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum HSC qualification required. Graduates preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience with chat support software/tools preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
