Training Officer / Manager

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Training and Development Officer to device our organisational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage new hire training & on job training programs for the site and the factory.
- To identify the training and development inputs required and design Training Interventions to achieve business objectives.
- To manage and identify programs/workshops, which meet the identified training needs and business imperatives.
- To coordinate training programs across Division and ensure integration of strategy/training inputs across functions and levels.
- To evaluate the impact of training, the efficiency of the Training programs, Training methodologies in use, on an ongoing basis.
- To ensure timely management, calendarization, liaising with the operations/WFM and as per plan delivery.
- Review and consolidate the Training Development Plan process and mange performance for trainers.
- Strengthen the training delivery based on identified training needs.
- Relook at the existing functional training framework. Assess and modify it to address the changing business requirements.
- Monitor and actively use outcomes to identify the tangible benefits of training and development.
- Coordinate with all functions to driven initiatives
- Building an environment of minimum trainings per employee and taking accountability to deliver effective T & D programs.
- Effective Client Coordination
- Responsible for data management & accountable for internal & external audit compliance
- Make Training SOP / Digital Media to train Site Supervisors for forward training of existing employee.

Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- Good computer and database skills/ Digital Scales
- Degree in relevant fieldConduct Training Audits

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
