Map out annual training plans for management

Reviews existing training programs, suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the employees as per industry standards
Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
Assist the Operations function by conducting training programs to implement initiatives that ensure consistent delivery of high operating standards, consistency in processes that drive sales and profitability at stores.
Ensure comprehensive operations on - boarding of new staff and operations teams.
Executes Customer Mania mindset training on a quarterly basis.
Monitors learner training performance for new joiners(on the job).
Certifies buddy trainers to train.
Monitors restaurant performance to conduct training as in when required.
Conducts a minimum of 2 one - to - one sessions with each learner during regular structured restaurant visits.
Checks training Records for all learners through data/ portal.
Updates training tools and material as required.
Measures success of training and provide HOD/GM with feedback (Team member Training Scorecard)
Trains restaurant teams for new product rollouts.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
Assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization as per the industry requirement.
Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
Through regular store visits track and monitor trainee performance and progress through training completion of training manuals
Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
Effectively communicate with team members, and management when required
**Qualification**
- Be a Graduate with relevant discipline.
- Good Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with little or no supervision
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role especially in the QSR industry
- Have experience in e-learning platforms is an advantage
- Be proficient in the usage of MS Office
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
