Training Coordinator

Key Responsibility Area
- Prepare training calendar
- Conduct internal and external training programme post discussion with HOD
- Identify training's from PCC List
- Coordination for the costs of planned programme and keep within budgets with the help of HR
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through practical test & evaluation
- Produce training materials for in-house courses & External location training
- Amend and revise programme as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Maintain documents of training’s done (Evaluation forms/Feedback forms etc,Exams.)
- Create printed and instructional materials to be used in training (Training Attendance, Training feedback)
Key Skills Required:
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments
- Proficient using Microsoft Suite
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- Good computer and database skills
