Minimum Skill, Education, Experience
Third party payroll that is on talisman hr solution
Provide data for department and governance meetings (e.g., collation of KPI data, prepare presentations of departmental metrics)
o Support management of I&D Operational Excellence departmental SharePoint & communications (including shared mailboxes) ensure content is kept up to date and organized and queries are accurately responded in a timely manner.
o Monitor the company messages and identification and triage of medical information and safety queries to the respective departments on KANA under supervision of Global Medical Services
o Publication Coordination support Medical Affairs in publication process by ensuring authors are provided with journal requirements, Written Agreement and External Author Verification documentation is completed. Ensure timely update of publication tracker and related document management.
o Manage licenses for SPECTRA promotional material review system
Training
o Support the implementation of training activities
o Support implementation and maintenance of documentation and training systems I&D
o Manage I&D training metrices (for assigned teams)
o Maintain I&D user training matrix and modules
o Content upload/ course creation in training system (ISOtrain) for I&D
o Assign training in the system and resolve system issues
o Acts as super user for selected systems
o System set up of ISOtrain training records for (profile creation, module assignment)
o Support preparation of onboarding packages for I&D profile creation, system access
Governance
o Support self-assessment, audit preparation and compliance activities as required e.g., extracting and collating data from relevant systems
