**Job Overview**:
As a Training Executive at Accurex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our employees and partners. You will design, implement, and manage training programs that align with the company’s objectives and enhance overall performance. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, develop effective training materials, and deliver engaging sessions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Training Development: Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and tailored to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for employees, new hires, and partners.
- Utilize various training methods, including workshops, seminars, and online platforms, to facilitate learning and development.
- Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads and employees to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop customized training programs based on these assessments.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes. Prepare reports on training progress and effectiveness for management review.
- Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and development.

Upto 3 - 3.5 LPA (Salary will depend on experience and qualifications, and will fall within the specified range)
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
