We provide internationally recognized, government-accredited qualifications in aesthetic therapies with a focus on advanced technology and personalized care.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Business Owner in Mumbai. This role requires someone who can manage complex schedules, handle confidential information, and act as a key liaison between leadership and various stakeholders across our international operations.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Excellence:Manage complex calendar scheduling across multiple time zones (UK, Ireland, India)Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for business tripsHandle confidential correspondence and communicationsPrepare reports, presentations, and business documentsManage filing systems and maintain organized recordsBusiness Support:Coordinate with training centers across 9 locationsLiaise with partner skin clinics and franchiseesSupport course development and content creation projectsAssist with student inquiries and administrative mattersCoordinate with UK and Ireland teamsEvent & Project Management:Support exhibition planning and executionCoordinate webinars and training sessionsManage lead follow-up processesAssist with marketing initiatives and content schedulingCommunication Hub:Screen and prioritize phone calls and emailsDraft correspondence on behalf of leadershipCoordinate meetings with internal teams and external partnersMaintain professional relationships with key stakeholdersRequirements:Essential:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3-5 years of executive assistant experienceExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google WorkspaceStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionExperience working in fast-paced, multi-location businessesPreferred:Experience in education, training, or healthcare/beauty industryKnowledge of aesthetic therapy or medical training sectorFamiliarity with CRM systems and online learning platformsPrevious experience supporting international business operationsPersonal Attributes:Proactive and anticipates needsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesProfessional demeanor and appearanceAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWhat We Offer:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceOpportunity to work with industry-leading aesthetic training companyProfessional development in international business environmentExposure to cutting-edge aesthetic technology and treatmentsCollaborative work environment with growth opportunitiesLocation: Mumbai (Khar West area preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Reporting: Direct report to Business OwnerTo Apply: Send your resume and cover letter to
