
Pre Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordination with the sales team, as per the achievement of their weekly / bi weekly/ Monthly targets. This may include generating sales reports, tracking sales progress, and assisting with sales presentations.
- Regularly sending project data and have follow ups daily / weekly.
- To ensure that customers receive excellent service. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Responsible for administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, and maintaining customer databases.
- Responsible for supporting marketing efforts by creating marketing materials, monitoring social media accounts, and coordinating events.
- Should work closely with the sales team to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their sales targets. They may also collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure that sales processes are streamlined and efficient.
Overall, the key KRA for a Sales Coordinator is to provide effective support to the sales team and help drive the organization's sales growth.
**Other Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing
- Minimum 1 yrs. of experience in sales, marketing or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
