**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with leads and maintain continuous engagement.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales or counselling team.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in the CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales, counselling, and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
- Explain basic product/service features to prospects and address initial queries.
- Ensure timely communication and excellent customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer support.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up schedules.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.

**Bonus if you have**:

- Experience in the education/edtech/banking/real-estate or training industry
- Prior experience in scheduling demo sessions or handling B2C/B2B sales pipeline

Pay: ₹10,056.66 - ₹35,306.52 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:
