**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Calls**:

- Conduct outbound calls to generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential customers, qualify leads, and introduce company products/services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- **Follow-Ups**:

- Proactively follow up on leads to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries and ensure consistent communication.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure no lead or opportunity is missed.
- **Data Generation and Management**:

- Generate and maintain accurate lead data, ensuring timely updates and completeness.
- Utilize Excel to organize fresh data for analysis and reporting.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant client and lead information.
- **Marketing Support and Reporting**:

- Assist with the daily preparation of Marketing MIS (Management Information System) reports.
- Compile data from various marketing channels and summarize key insights for management.
- Provide a summary of sales and marketing activities, including lead generation progress.
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-up tasks.
- Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for client meetings.
- Help streamline internal processes and improve the efficiency of the sales cycle.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, marketing, or administrative support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the Engineering industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and software.
- Previous experience in generating leads and conducting follow-ups.
