Job Summary:
Location: Vile Parle east

Mode work from office

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:

- Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the production and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

Customer Support:

- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide pre and post-sales support to customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Communication:

- Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as quotations, contracts, and reports.

Data Management:

- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.

Meeting Coordination:

- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Attend meetings and record minutes as needed.

Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.

Inventory Management:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to support sales activities.
- Coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team to ensure product availability.

Administrative Tasks:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
- Organize and maintain sales-related documentation and files.

Qualifications:

- Graduate.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
