Process Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations across departments - Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Accounts, and Documentation.
- Ensure that all processes (order execution, dispatches, payments, etc.) are progressing as per schedule.
- Follow up with concerned teams to close open tasks and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain and update trackers and reports to monitor the status of various activities.
- Identify delays or gaps in the process and escalate them to the concerned team or management.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
- Prepare and circulate daily/weekly process reports to management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations coordination, backend support, or process management.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools (especially Google Sheets; must be comfortable working with trackers and shared files).
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a trading or distribution setup is a plus.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
