**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate with clients and prospects in Gujarati to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and support.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with processing sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- **Order Management**:

- Oversee the order fulfillment process, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Handle any issues related to order discrepancies, returns, or exchanges promptly.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Organize and schedule meetings, presentations, and sales events.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales documentation and contracts.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify new client opportunities and understand market trends.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team based on customer interactions and research findings.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the sales team in achieving their goals and targets.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Gujarati and English is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in both the chosen language and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
