IT Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Cold Calling, Inside Sales and Account Mining
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling and inside sales campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct account mining activities to deepen relationships with existing clients and uncover additional business opportunities.
- Sales Meetings and Presentations: Schedule and conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their business needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations showcasing Scadea's IT consulting and staffing services, emphasizing value propositions.
- RFP and RFQ Management: Collaborate with the pre-sales team in leading and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of bid responses, aligning with customer requirements.
- 40% to 60% travel across Pune and beyond for face-to-face meetings with prospective clients and existing customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate with 4 to 8 years of proven experience as a Sales / Account Executive in the IT consulting and staffing industry.
- Self-starter with proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar with the western Indian geography and, preferably, other parts of India
- Ability to conduct impactful sales presentations and engage with clients effectively.
- Experience in leading and responding to RFP and RFQ bids.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
