We have an urgent requirement for a Sales Manager/Executive with 1+ years Of Experience
Work Type: Work from the office. Pune (On-site)
Joiner: Immediate/ within 3 weeks
Job Purpose:
1. We’re seeking a qualified Sales Manager/Executive to sell a software product.
2. The Sales Manager will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers, and close deals.
4. A Sales Manager/Executive is needed at numerous companies to contact potential customers and explain the benefits of a certain product or service
**Scope**:Exceed targets for New Sales, Referrals, or Renewals, in an individual contributor role
**Week-off days**: 2 days off which will be during the week
**Mandatory Language**: Fluency: English
**Additional Compensation**: If applicable, this will be decided on the basis of your allocated shift after you join
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in sales, > 1 year of experience in Sales.
- Must have knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Fluency in English, ability, and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with changing shift timings so that we may serve our customers better
- Comfortable with exceeding work timing based on process needs.
- Minimum Qualification - Graduation/MBA Marketing has an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and PowerPoint will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
