About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Customer Support** **Executive** in **Hyderabad**. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, claims, billing, and policy updates. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with filing claims and follow-ups, ensuring proper documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Handle requests for policy renewals, cancellations, and updates.
- Support customers with billing questions, payments, and refunds.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate (Degree is mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in **English** and **Hindi**(mandatory)
- Active listening and empathy
- Problem-solving mindset
Salary
**Freshers :15,000 per month**
**Experience :20,000 per month**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
