**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Interaction & Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements and preferences and communicate them effectively to the design and execution teams.
- Address client queries and provide updates on project progress regularly.

**Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and installation) to ensure timely delivery and installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes.
- Oversee the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
- Arrange and participate in site visits to gather measurements and monitor on-site progress.

**Documentation & Communication**:

- Maintain detailed project records, including drawings, approvals, and communication history.
- Prepare and share project schedules and status reports with clients and internal teams.

**Problem Solving**:

- Identify and resolve project-related issues, escalating them to management when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors or contractors if required to ensure smooth execution.

**Design Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the design team to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into layouts and designs.
- Provide input on design feasibility based on site conditions and client preferences.

**Key Requirements**
**Educational Background**:

- Degree/Diploma in **Interior Design**, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the modular kitchen, wardrobe, or interior design industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe components and materials is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Ability to manage client expectations and build lasting relationships.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure during project deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- project coordinatio or interior design industry.: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:
