Customer Support Associate

**Job Summary**:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients over the phone. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will work to resolve their questions and concerns related to our products and services in a timely and efficient manner. The person will act as a one-point contact to the customer throughout the process.
**Primary Task**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients over the phone
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team as needed
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM Tool
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction and call handling time
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with computer and phone systems
- Should be flexible to work in rotational day shifts
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
