▪ Understanding the client's requirements and consequently strategizing effective lead generation campaigns accordingly.

▪ Working closely with the sales and business development team and communicating campaign feasibility after doing effective due diligence on each proposed campaign

**Responsibilities**
- Interact with both the internal team and external vendor to run the operations smoothly.
- Develop strategic goals in collaboration with other executives
- Oversee the daily functions of the business
- Develop short and long-term operational goals
- Create effective plans for achieving operational and strategic goals
- Delegate tasks to various teams and individuals
- Assess the performance of internal and external operations, including employees and procedures
- Give suggestions for operational improvements.
- Identifying the new vendors with various skill sets and adding them to the database.
- Managing projects that require complex planning and integration of multiple tasks and details
- Interacting with clients and vendors for the smooth execution of projects.
