**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** Operations Executive**
As an Operations Executive at Exclusive Networks India, you will be responsible for order management related to the products of the organization. This position will be handling all aspects of the supply chain related to the products handled by Exclusive India. As an operation executive, you will achieve this by continually striving towards it and being part of operations team and its Objectives; Optimize process, improve visibility and responsiveness of supply to customers, improve customer experience
**As the Operations Executive you will**:
- Preparing Opportunities/quotes related to the orders received by business
- Processing sales and purchase orders. Creating IR and IF.
- Maintaining reports as required by business teams. Support audits
- Working closely with sales teams in addressing order related issues
- Be an active team member and promote teamwork
- Support team to remove barriers, resolve conflict, and drive for accountability
- Provide communication regarding job expectations
- Collect, review, and provide positive and constructive feedback for continuous development, build and be part of problem-solving culture
- Awareness and situational involvement in Order Management issues; Point of contact for Order Management issues.
- Initiate, build, and sustain effective relationships and communication with internal and external partners
- Collaborate with peers to develop regional solutions
- Understand sales expectations and provide efficient solution
- Ensure a Safe, Compliant, and Ethical Work Environment
- Communicate requirements to applicable team members and stakeholders
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** Operations Executive**

- Bacholer Degree (Supply Chain/Operations) preferred
- Any Vendor Sales Association certifications
- Minimum 2 Year Experience In IT Sales
- Basic Understanding of Networking / security Solutions
- Working Knowledge On Excel and Power Point
