The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational functions, ensuring the smooth execution of payment processes, logistics, documentation, coordination between field teams and Head Office, and maintaining key business reports. This role demands high attention to detail, strong coordination abilities, and consistent follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.

**Data Consolidation & Reporting**
Consolidate payment reports received from all branches across India.
Prepare and maintain dispatch reports for sample movement and logistics tracking.
Support in the preparation of SCA reports.
Maintain daily reconciliation of outstanding payments in coordination with finance teams.
Update and monitor EMI payments in internal platforms (Sales Software).

**Inventory & Indent Management**
Maintain updated counts of Kitboxes, brochures, and marketing collaterals across all branches.
Raise indents for restocking to ensure zero stock-out situations.
**CRM & Documentation**
Assist in mapping doctors into the sales app and update client-related information in the CRM.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including ARN generation support for Sales Executives.

**Client Coordination**
Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and provide reconciliation support.
Act as a liaison between clients and Head Office to resolve payment and data update queries.
Coordinate with Head Office to address client detail changes in the system.
**Sales & Logistics Support**
Support sales team’s executives with backend operational requirements.
Ensure smooth coordination of sample dispatch and logistics operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
