We are looking for a versatile and experienced **Operations Executive** to oversee our assembly operations, manage vendor relationships, and handle both sales and distribution functions to ensure efficient product delivery and business growth.
**Job Summary**:
The **Operations Executive** will be responsible for supervising assembly operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing distribution channels. The role requires a dynamic individual capable of balancing multiple responsibilities while ensuring high-quality production, timely delivery, and the achievement of sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assembly Supervision**:
- Oversee and manage the assembly process for AR and VR smart glasses, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with production teams to meet targets and deadlines, and resolve any assembly-related issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly.
**Vendor Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure favorable agreements.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, addressing any issues proactively.
**Inventory Management**:
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring materials and components are readily available for assembly.
- Implement inventory management systems to streamline processes and prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely inventory replenishment and conduct regular audits.
**Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, and customer segments, and build relationships with key clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
**Distribution Management**:
- Manage distribution channels to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
- Work closely with production and logistics to maintain optimal product availability.
**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both sales and operations, including assembly, vendor performance, and inventory.
- Prepare detailed reports on operational and sales performance for senior management.
- Propose and implement improvements based on performance analysis.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional sales service.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and provide timely solutions.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and sales strategies.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and market positioning.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Sales, or a related field.
- **0-1 years** of experience in operations management, assembly supervision, vendor management, sales, and distribution.
- Strong knowledge of **assembly processes**, **inventory management**, and **sales strategy execution**.
- Excellent **negotiation**, **communication**, and **interpersonal skills**.
- Proficiency in using **ERP systems**, **CRM software**, and **inventory management tools**.
- Strong **analytical** and **problem-solving** abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the **AR and VR** technology sector or related industries.
- **Certification in Supply Chain Management** or **Operations Management**.
- In-depth knowledge of the **Indian market** and distribution network.
