**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one on one and/or small group sessions with children using ABA principles
- Collect & analyze data to evaluate and monitor the child's progress.
- Make data-based decisions to treatment plans on an on-going basis.
- Conduct formal language and behavioral assessments for the learners
- Develop and update the child’s IEP under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Communicate effectively with the child's parents and caregivers to provide updates on the child's progress and address any concerns
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Attend regular supervision & training meetings with the BCBA to enhance behavior analytic skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field
- Occupational or Speech therapists interested in incorporating ABA in their practice are welcome.
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum using principles of ABA preferred
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be motivated to learn the science of Behavior Analysis through readings, discussions, and undergo company training model.
- Ability to participate in discussions about on-going clinical feedback. Must be able to implement feedback quickly.
