Trainee Psychologist

**1. Assessment & Diagnosis Support**
- Helping hand in conducting psychological assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
- Observing behavior in clinical settings, schools, or homes to gather diagnostic information.
- Writing reports and summarizing assessment findings for senior psychologists.

**2. Therapeutic Interventions**
- Supporting individual or group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Social Skills Training).
- Helping to develop individualized intervention plans for clients.
- Assisting in parent training and psychoeducation programs.
- Engaging children in play-based therapeutic activities to enhance emotional and social development.

**3. Research & Case Management**
- Reviewing clinical research and contributing to case discussions.
- Collecting data for ongoing studies or intervention outcome tracking.
- Documenting case notes and ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychiatrists).

**4. Client & Family Support**
- Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals and families.
- Helping parents understand their child’s diagnosis and intervention strategies.
- Assisting with workshops and support groups for caregivers.

**5. Professional Development & Supervision**
- Receiving training and supervision from licensed psychologists.
- Attending case conferences and clinical training sessions.
- Reflecting on practice and engaging in self-development.

Effective communication with children, parents, and professionals.
Ability to follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
