**1. Speech Therapist**

**Qualification**:

- Master’s in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP)
- RCI Certification (mandatory)
- Additional certification in Oral Motor Therapy will be an added advantage

**Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience, preferably working with children aged **2-6 years**:

- Proficient in conducting **assessments** and **individualized therapy sessions**

**2. Occupational Therapist**

**Qualification**:

- Master’s in Occupational Therapy

**Certification**:

- AIOTA Certification (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in **pediatric occupational therapy**:

- Skilled in **assessments**, **sensory integration**, and **therapy planning**

**3. Behavioral Therapist**

**Qualification**:

- Master’s degree in Psychology (specialization in **Child Psychology** preferred)
- Additional Diploma in Child Psychology will be an added advantage

**Certification**:

- Certification in **Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)** or **Behavior Modification Techniques** (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Minimum **2+ years** of experience as a Behavioral Therapist in an intervention center
- Minimum **1+ year** of experience working with children aged **2-6 years**
