**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about speech and language development, as well as effective communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and adjusting therapy plans as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid certification or license to practice as a Speech Therapist in India.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life.
- Experience in pediatric and adult speech therapy is preferred but not mandatory; freshers are welcome to apply.
