**Job description**
- **The Speech Therapist will work with children on the Autism Spectrum, who have limited or emerging language, under the supervision of a behavior specialist.**:

- **The SLP will be responsible for speech and language therapy as well as augmentative communication and should have some familiarity with picture exchange communication systems (pecs) and sign language.**

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Assesses the students' communication skills (e.g. articulation, fluency, voice, expressive and receptive language, etc.) for the purpose of identifying communication challenges and developing appropriate program plans**:

- **Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEP) based on the child's needs along with the lead teacher.**:

- **Maintains files and records (e.g. progress reports, activity logs, treatment plans, and quarterly reports on the progress of the student.)**:

- **Maintain a team based approach with the entire school programme**:

- **Providing counseling and support to the parents.**:

- **Guide and train other staff members in speech therapy planning**:

- **Create and modify resources and manuals**

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
