Compensation: ₹55,000- ₹65,000/month (negotiable based on experience)

We're expanding our technology platform to empower therapists, educators, and practitioners with AI-driven tools for session notes, progress tracking, and more.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our remote product engineering team. You'll work on an AI-powered Flutter desktop widget used by therapists and educators, driving feature expansion and helping us extend the platform to mobile and web. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers-building accessible, impactful solutions that improve practitioner workflows.

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable overlap with US Eastern Time for team collaboration, with the flexibility to complete the remaining work hours at your convenience.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and enhance our cross-platform Flutter applications (desktop, mobile, web).

Design and implement new features, architecting scalable solutions for both desktop and mobile/web deployments.

Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences.

Integrate with RESTful APIs, AI/ML services, and real-time data sources.

Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability across platforms.

Contribute to architectural decisions, maintaining high code quality standards.

Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release management using Jira and Confluence.

Work independently and cooperatively in a distributed remote team.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience developing production Flutter applications.

Strong proficiency in Dart and experience delivering features end-to-end for at least two Flutter platforms (mobile, web, desktop).

Experience with state management frameworks (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.).

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.

Excellent communication and remote teamwork skills.

Ability to reliably work during US Eastern Time overlap (9–12 AM EST; 6:30–9:30 PM IST) for team collaboration.

Self-motivated and able to manage flexible work schedule for remaining 5 hours daily.

Nice to Have

Experience building desktop apps with Flutter (macOS, Windows, Linux).

Exposure to AI/ML service integrations (text, image, speech).

Familiarity with accessibility/compliance standards (HIPAA, FERPA).

Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, or DevOps tooling.

Background in edtech or healthcare app development.
