We are looking for a Behavioral Therapist/ABA Therapist who has experience working with children with special needs (such as children with autism or ADHD). The responsibilities of a behavioral therapist include assisting parents in understanding their children's behaviors, teaching them how to change their reactions to unfavorable situations, and assisting patients in developing healthier coping mechanisms. You should also be able to design customized exercises and homework assignments to assist patients in changing their thought patterns.

To be a successful behavioral therapist, you must treat patients with compassion, patience, and understanding. Finally, an excellent behavioral therapist should be able to communicate effectively with patients in order to establish trust and accurately assess patients' progress.

Job description:

- Seeking interventions for behavioral and developmental challenges.
- Educating patients and their parents in helpful activities.
- Customizing treatment plans for individual patients.
- Providing feedback to patients.
- Keep records to demonstrate that treatments are working.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in psychology, applied behavioral science, or related field.
- State license to practice behavior therapy.
- Proven experience in behavior therapy.
- In-depth knowledge of behavior therapy models.
- Sound collaborative skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exemplary counseling and clinical skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
