**About Us**:
Trijog| Know Your Mind is a mental health organization dedicated to providing specialized support for individuals with learning disabilities and developmental challenges. We believe in empowering individuals through personalized intervention strategies. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Remedial Therapist to join our team.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify learning and developmental challenges in children.
- Design and implement individualized intervention plans to support each child's specific needs.
- Use therapeutic techniques such as multisensory approaches, cognitive behavioral interventions, and play therapy to assist children in overcoming learning difficulties.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure effective results.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to develop holistic support for the child.
- Provide guidance and education to parents and caregivers on effective techniques to reinforce learning at home.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous development of therapeutic strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Remedial Therapist, working with children or adolescents.
- Strong understanding of learning disabilities such as dyslexia, ADHD, and developmental delays.
- Knowledge of cognitive-behavioral techniques and multisensory teaching approaches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with neurodivergent children.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in specific remedial techniques or therapies (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Montessori, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in working with neurodivergent populations (e.g., Autism, ADHD).

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per hour
