Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated
Behaviour Therapist

[Full Time} &
Occupational Therapist

to provide Home-Based Therapy sessions for children with developmental, behavioural, and social challenges. The location is based in PCMC , Bhosari , Moshi Chakan Pune. The role involves working closely with families to create supportive environments that nurture growth and confidence.

key Responsibility

  • Conduct one-on-one home visit therapy sessions for children.
  • Implement behavioural intervention plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Teach strategies to improve focus, emotional regulation, and social skills.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, providing guidance and progress updates.
  • Maintain detailed session notes and track progress over time.
  • Participate in training, supervision, and review sessions with the clinical team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or related field.

Prior experience in Behaviour Therapy, ABA, or working with children preferred.

Strong communication, patience, and empathy.

Ability to travel for home visits in
Bhosari, Pimpri Chinchwad, Moshi, Chakan Pune.

Passionate about working with children and supporting families.
