**JOB SUMMARY**

We are looking for well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary
reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing
feedback, documentation and information.The goal is to facilitate the teams activities
so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of
the company

1. Co-ordinate to arrange/ schedule meetings with Architects/ Interior Designers/
Consultants/ Builders/ System Integrators.
2. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a
robust pipeline of opportunities
3. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
4. To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
5. Proper follow up with clients.
6. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales
performance
7. Plan approaches and pitches.
8. Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents
and
communicating relevant information
9. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
10. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
11. Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
12. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through
differences to a positive conclusion.
13. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
14. Maintains relationship with clients & channel partner.
15. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
16. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when
requested.
17. Fluent in Hindi & English (Advantage : Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada).
18. Provide Technical Support On Call, if required.

QUALIFICATIONS
1.Graduate/ MBA (Marketing preferred)
**Experience of 1-3 years**. Freshers can also apply.
3.Interpersonal competences and presentation skills.
4.Must Be Proactive Self Motivator.
