About Us

Ratibz is a smart mobile application that helps dairy owners, subscription-based businesses, and local suppliers manage orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments – all in one place.

We are growing rapidly and are looking for energetic and passionate Inside Sales Executives to join our team and help us expand our user base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers including dairy owners, tiffin suppliers, water suppliers, and other subscription business owners.
  • Clearly explain Ratibz app features, benefits, and pricing over the phone.
  • Follow up with leads generated via campaigns, WhatsApp, and referrals.
  • Maintain call logs, customer database, and sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Schedule product demos and assist prospects with app installation & onboarding.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and maintain strong conversion rates.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve the sales pitch and product experience.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
  • Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections confidently.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile apps, and internet usage.
  • Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude, persistence, and self-motivation to achieve sales goals.
