**Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller) - Ratibz App**

**Location**: Pune Office

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 0-3 years (Freshers can apply)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**About Us**

We are growing rapidly and are looking for energetic and passionate **Inside Sales Executives** to join our team and help us expand our user base.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers including dairy owners, tiffin suppliers, water suppliers, and other subscription business owners.
- Clearly explain **Ratibz app features, benefits, and pricing** over the phone.
- Follow up with leads generated via **campaigns, WhatsApp, and referrals.**:

- Maintain call logs, customer database, and sales pipeline in CRM.
- Schedule product demos and assist prospects with **app installation & onboarding.**:

- Achieve **daily/weekly/monthly sales targets** and maintain strong conversion rates.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve the sales pitch and product experience.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in **Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.**:

- Comfortable making **50-80 calls per day.**:

- Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections confidently.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile apps, and internet usage.
- Prior experience in **telecalling / telesales / inside sales** is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, persistence, and self-motivation to achieve sales goals.
