**Inside Sales Executive**
- **Location**: Baner, Pune

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales representatives.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and lead status.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- 0-1 year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and sales software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Preferred Skills:

- Prior internship or project experience in sales or business development.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
