**Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller) - Ratibz App**

**Location**: Pune Office

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 0-3 years (Freshers can apply)
**Salary**: Rs. 15,000 - 30,000 per month

**About Us**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential dairy owners, tiffin suppliers, water suppliers and subscription business owners.
- Explain Ratibz features, benefits, and pricing clearly over the phone.
- Follow up with leads generated via campaigns, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Maintain call logs, customer database, and sales pipeline in CRM.
- Schedule product demos and assist prospects in app installation & onboarding.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
- Collect feedback from customers to improve sales pitch and product.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in **Marathi, Hindi, and basic English**.
- Comfortable making 50-80 calls per day.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.
- Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
- Prior experience in **telecalling / telesales / inside sales** preferred, but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation to meet sales goals.
