**Roles & Responsibilities-**
- **Daily Call Execution**:_
- Make 300-400 calls daily to connect with prospects from the provided database.
- Ensure that every call is meaningful, with clear communication and a professional approach.
- **Prospect Qualification**:_
- Identify and create a certain number of qualified leads and prospects every day based on predefined criteria.
- Assess customer interest and qualify them for the next steps in the sales funnel.
- **Data Management**:_
- Accurately update and maintain customer and lead records in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Perform basic operations such as data entry, state changes, and tracking lead progress.
- **Follow-up Activities**:_
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure sustained interest and conversion potential.
- Address queries and provide relevant information to maintain engagement.
- **System Efficiency**:_
- Proficiently use the desktop to handle daily tasks, manage databases, and coordinate with team members.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (if applicable) for lead and follow-up management is a plus.
- **Communication & Rapport Building**:_
- Build a rapport with prospects to foster trust and maintain positive interactions.
- Clearly communicate product or service details to generate interest and understanding.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:_
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, or support teams to escalate qualified leads as needed.
- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve sales strategies.
**Qualifications-**
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
