**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Executive
**Location**: Gurugram Sector 43
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 1-3 years preferred (Sales/IT/Digital Marketing industry experience is a plus)
**Salary**: upto 30k
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads to generate interest.
- Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for managers/business development teams.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and share relevant information with managers for proposal preparation.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism on calls.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and good organizational skills.
