**Job Title**: Sales Executive/Marketing Executive

Job details
- Identify and source potential leads through online campaigns, referrals, and databases.
- Reach out to students and parents to understand their needs regarding JEE/NEET coaching.
- Understand the academic requirements of students and recommend suitable packages.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by showcasing the value of the courses.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Regularly follow up with leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Address concerns or objections raised by parents or students effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and suggest improvements to sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in marketing, business, or education) or MBA.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Knowledge of JEE/NEET exams is a plus.
- Freshers also can apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
